Who is Andrew?
I help people with previous injuries stay healthy to acheive their fitness goals. This does not mean that clients do an endless amount of corrective exercises. They perform exercises based on their goals and needs so that they can be consistent.
My mission is to help people realize that they are not broken, and that they can still accomplish so much. I want everyone to be successful, and to be able to keep exercising at all stages of life.
The number one cause of injuries is not lack of flexibility or strength but is actually having a previous injury. This means that there needs to be an increased focus on technique and exercise selection to keep you exercising consistently to become the best you.
